To Install Archon Engineering PDA Software

First, you need to make sure you have .Net framework installed on your PDA, this is standard with Pocket PC 2003. 
1.  Go to Start>Settings>Add/Remove Programs.
2. Under the list of Programs you should see "Microsoft .Net Compact Framework."
3.  If you don’t see "Microsoft .Net Compact Framework", you need to download it from our website.
4.  To install .Net for free, click on our link for .Net on our Download page.
 

On your Personal Computer

1.      On your PC, Download the selected program to your hard drive.
     e.g.: PipePPC_PPC.ARM.CAB.

     Select the correct setup package, SH3, MIPS, or ARM.

2.      Connect your PDA to your PC.

3.      On your PC, open windows explorer to the location on your hard drive where you
     downloaded the selected program.

4.      Highlight the program file.

5.      Select Copy from your Edit menu bar.

6.      Navigate in Windows explorer to your PDA (typically shown as “Mobile Device” under “My 
     Computer”)

7.      Choose a folder (e.g. My Pocket PC/Program Files) on the Mobile device and select from
     the menu bar “Edit—Paste”

On your PDA 

  8. On your PDA, Open File Explorer, Usually listed under ‘Programs’ from the   
       Start Menu.
  9.  Navigate in File Explorer to the location where you copied the selected         
       program.
10. Tap the appropriate file to activate.  The program will install itself and remove the CAB file
       when completed.

To Start the Program

11.    Under Start Menu/Programs, Select the  appropriate program.

12.    The program will run as a demo for 30 days or until you register the program.  Registration
     is completed on the opening screen.

13.    Type in Password using ALL CAPS.
