Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCard, checks against any US bank and money orders.
Q. Can I submit a PO and have you invoice me later?
A. We prefer to receive payment in advance.
Q. Do you offer student discounts?
A. Yes, we now offer a 10% discount to students.
Q. Is there a difference between the software on your CD and the download software on your web page?
A. This depends on the version of CD you have. The software that you download from our web page is always the latest version.
Q. Does Archon only sell software?
A. No, we also do engineering consulting work. Give us a call or send us an e-mail. We may be able to help.
Q. I downloaded your software and installed it as demo for the first time today. When I tried to run it, it said that the time period has expired, or it said that the program was not properly installed on my machine. What could the problem be since I only installed it for the first time today?
A. This problem is typical if your regional
settings are not set to English, US. Go to Control Panel (for desktops) or to
“Settings” (for PDA’s) and select Regional Settings. Under this heading, make
sure you select “English (United States)”. Then try to
restart the program and it should function properly.
Tip: If your password doesn't seem to work, make sure you are entering it in
all UPPER CASE.
